Cordyceps (Chinese caterpillar fungus, Cordyceps sinensis ) was one of the most valuable mushrooms used in ancient China and Tibet to harmonize the soul and body. This parasitic fungus is a rich source of beta-glucans, minerals, trace elements and vitamins .

Thanks to biofermentation and subsequent processing using the method hot water extraction We offer high-quality extract from cordyceps mycelium (mycelium) in the ideal ratio of active ingredients for the best results :

  • min. 30% polysaccharides (actually it is 33-34%)
  • 12-18% D-mannitol (cordyceps acid)
We have all mushroom raw materials tested in the German independent laboratory Agrolab for more than 500 types of known heavy metals, pesticides and microorganisms dangerous to humans. We also test PAHs and radioactivity. We test every batch. No other manufacturer in the Czech Republic offers such comprehensive tests (if they say they do, request them). Dosage

  • increased dose: 3–10 capsules per day (it is advisable to consult a doctor or Chinese medicine practitioner)
  • usual dose: 1–2 capsules daily
  • We recommend using it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.
  • Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea.
  • Cordyceps should not be taken late at night to avoid disrupting sleep.
  • When using mushrooms, we recommend increasing your intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorbability of active ingredients.

Emphasis on the environment

Most of our mushroom raw material comes from China. For contemporary China, environmental ecology is often not a priority. It is therefore difficult, but at the same time necessary, to find absolutely pure and untouched nature for mushroom cultivation. MycoMedica mainly uses mushrooms grown in the provinces of Fujian, Anhui and Jiangxi, where areas of civilization are practically untouched. Pesticides, heavy metals, microorganisms, molds, radioactivity - these are the dangers from which mushroom raw materials must be absolutely protected.

Testing in Agrolab

All mushroom raw materials we use for the production of our mushroom products are tested in the German independent laboratory Agrolab before processing. to more than 500 types of known heavy metals, pesticides and microorganisms dangerous to humans. You can view these tests here , here and here . You can view the Certificate of Analysis here .

We have now expanded the classic tests carried out by the German Agrolab to include testing for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).

The final production of our products takes place under the strictest hygienic conditions in the Czech Republic. We use standards for production ISO 9001/2009 , certified HACCP and quality system IFS .
