Delivery and payment policies

Delivery methods

  • We deliver Yes Krabicky daily sets by delivery service to the address specified in the order or to a pre-determined collection point.
  • We deliver in defined locations (see the Transport section on the website).

Delivery time

  • Deliveries take place in the afternoon, usually between 14:30–21:30 and depend on the location (see the Transport section on the website). The customer will receive the planned hourly time window in an SMS message the day before delivery.
  • In exceptional cases (traffic situation, force majeure), the delivery time may be postponed.

Shipping price

  • The shipping price is governed by the tariff listed on the website in the Transport section.

Payment method

  • Payment is made in advance when ordering, using the available payment methods:
    • Payment card (credit/debit)
    • Apple Pay / Google Pay
    • PayPal
    • Klarna (payment in 3 parts / deferred payment)
    • Bank transfer based on invoice (on request for companies)

Delivery terms

  • The daily meal set is delivered refrigerated and must be stored at a maximum of +4 °C until consumption.
  • After opening, the food must be consumed immediately.
  • Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check the completeness and condition of the delivery.

Complaints and returns

  • Our products are fresh food with a short shelf life. Therefore, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days as with regular goods.
  • A complaint can only be made in the case of a defective or incomplete daily set (e.g. missing food, damaged packaging).
  • The warranty period is 24 hours from receipt.
  • Complaints are resolved by replacing the defective set with the next delivery, or in another agreed manner.
