Delivery and payment policies
Delivery methods
- We deliver Yes Krabicky daily sets by delivery service to the address specified in the order or to a pre-determined collection point.
- We deliver in defined locations (see the Transport section on the website).
Delivery time
- Deliveries take place in the afternoon, usually between 14:30–21:30 and depend on the location (see the Transport section on the website). The customer will receive the planned hourly time window in an SMS message the day before delivery.
- In exceptional cases (traffic situation, force majeure), the delivery time may be postponed.
Shipping price
- The shipping price is governed by the tariff listed on the website in the Transport section.
Payment method
- Payment is made in advance when ordering, using the available payment methods:
- Payment card (credit/debit)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna (payment in 3 parts / deferred payment)
- Bank transfer based on invoice (on request for companies)
Delivery terms
- The daily meal set is delivered refrigerated and must be stored at a maximum of +4 °C until consumption.
- After opening, the food must be consumed immediately.
- Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check the completeness and condition of the delivery.
Complaints and returns
- Our products are fresh food with a short shelf life. Therefore, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days as with regular goods.
- A complaint can only be made in the case of a defective or incomplete daily set (e.g. missing food, damaged packaging).
- The warranty period is 24 hours from receipt.
- Complaints are resolved by replacing the defective set with the next delivery, or in another agreed manner.
