Performance Amino Electrolytes Complex, EAA + Electrolytes, 600g
Complex of 12 amino acids EAA + Electrolytes for replenishment during sports, dietary supplement
A combination of the optimal ratio of electrolytes and amino acids for increased performance, muscle growth and optimal health . Amino acids were obtained by fermentation technology and are enriched with electrolyte concentrate from the Great Salt Lake . Sweetened only by nature : stevia and inulin . Inulin from chicory root also acts as a prebiotic . Thanks to the absence of synthetic sweeteners, it is finally microbiome friendly . Each dose contains 8.6 g of EAA !
With cola, kiwi, cherry and tropical fruit flavors. For all flavors, we recommend following the required amount of water, i.e. 750 ml for 2 scoops.

Why do we need amino acids?
- To produce neurotransmitters, hormones and enzymes.
- For muscle growth.
- For detoxification and removal of waste products from the body.
- For muscle regeneration after training.
- Energy source.
23 hours of regeneration is just as important for the body as 1 hour of training. During training, catabolism occurs, which is the “breakdown” of muscle proteins , which then regenerate, making them stronger and more ready to perform further. Without sufficient regeneration, both during and after training, the restoration of muscle fibers is slower, and muscle fatigue occurs during training. By supplementing the full spectrum of amino acids, we ensure that the muscles receive sufficient nutrients that will support their regeneration, performance and subsequent growth.

Why are EAAs better than BCAAs?
Whether it's powerlifting, team sports, athletics, hiking, running or anything else , the body needs to regenerate and rest after training . EAA consists of 9 amino acids, compared to BCAA, which contains only three amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. However, for optimal functioning , all of these amino acids need to work together. This makes EAA a more reliable aid in supporting regeneration, performance and protein synthesis in muscles .
- EAAs have a total of 9 amino acids compared to the 3 amino acids of BCAAs .
- EAA is much better involved in protein synthesis.
- EAA contains lysine, which supports antibody synthesis, immune system function and is essential for the formation of collagen , a protein that maintains the health of our joints, connective tissues and skin.
- BCAAs (unlike EAAs) do not contain all the important building blocks needed to build muscle tissue. On the contrary. It has been shown that muscle protein synthesis decreases after BCAA intake .
- EAAs contain tryptophan , an amino acid that the body uses to create the neurotransmitter serotonin , which is responsible for our good mood and feelings of contentment.

When do we need to replenish electrolytes ?
Electrolytes are ionized forms of minerals, such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium . We lose electrolytes throughout the day, especially during exercise or in the summer due to sweating . Electrolytes help support fluid function and balance.
- If you need to support brain activity (concentration, transmission of nerve impulses).
- On hot days, it guarantees hydration.
- For physically active people and endurance athletes.
- For older people suffering from dehydration.
- After sauna.
- Athletes and physically active individuals
- Persons exposed to physical stress
- To support hydration of the body
- People who consume little protein through their diet
- For strength and endurance athletes
- Also suitable for refreshment during the day
Electrolytes straight from the Great Salt Lake!
Three rivers flow into the Great Salt Lake in the United States, carrying all the minerals from the mountains. As the water evaporates, the minerals in the lake are much more concentrated, and the lake itself is saltier than the sea. The elements are extracted by evaporation using solar energy, and thanks to this unique processing technology, the mixture contains a balanced ratio of all the important electrolytes , including a higher amount of sodium , which we lose through sweating.

Tested for quality. Certified for safety.
BrainMax Performance Amino Electrolytes Complex is tested in an independent accredited laboratory, which conducts thorough analysis to verify its safety, purity and compliance with legislative limits for dietary supplements.
What are we guarding?

Sweetened with stevia
BrainMax Amino Electrolytes Complex comes in three flavors: cola, lemon and kiwi. We used only natural flavors and the sweet taste is the work of stevia and inulin. Stevia is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar and does not increase blood sugar levels . Unlike artificial sweeteners, it does not have a bad effect on the intestinal microbiome. So does inulin. A fiber that benefits the entire gastrointestinal tract and nourishes the friendly bacteria in our intestines .
