Radek Hasman

Radko's culinary journey is truly rich, as he gathered experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and had the honor of learning from the best chefs. Which is very noticeable, because when Radek cooks, you're in for an absolutely brilliant gastronomic experience, even with the most ordinary dish.

Radek started cooking as a teenager. He studied gastronomy at high school and subsequently gained valuable experience at the Ambassador Hotel. He also worked in the Flambé, Bellevue and Hotel Palace restaurants. In 2002, he joined Kampa Group's Square restaurant as Chef de Partie, where he met Riccardo Lucque. It wasn't long before he was promoted to the position of Sous Chef. When Riccardo Lucque opened his restaurant Aromi in 2005, he became its chef. With his team at the Aromi restaurant, he won the Michelin Bib Gourmand award seven times in a row, and in the Zagat guide in 2005, the Aromi restaurant under Radek's leadership was named one of the 50 best newly opened restaurants in the world. He regularly visits Michelin restaurants Da Alceo, Il Piastrino, Urbino dei Laghi, Madonnina del Pescatore, L'imbuto in Italy and Nopi restaurant, Yotama Ottolenghi in London. He is the co-owner of Yes Krabiček, with a focus on healthy eating, and the Prague restaurant Amano.

Radek Hasman is fully aware that a healthy life is a reflection of what a person eats, which is why together with Radek Vítek he founded Yes Krabičky, where together with two other chefs he prepares delicious dishes for customers.

Tomáš Klipec

This is the chef at his word. Tomáš has a long journey full of invaluable experience not only in the best hotels, but also in catering. He worked, for example, at the Crown Hotel Prague and also cooked together with Radek Hasman at the five-star Palace Hotel in Prague. Tomáš also found employment in a catering company, where thanks to his cooking skills he was able to cook for many important people. He provided catering, for example, for the International Monetary Fund, the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic or also for His Royal Highness Prince Charles.

Mikayil Naghiyev

Mikayil is studious and likes to experiment. He met Radek Hasman at the La Bottega restaurant in Prague, where he cooked alongside him and learned new things from him. He absolutely fell in love with cooking because he loves learning about different cultures and tastes. However, he prefers Latin American cuisine or Middle Eastern food. And since work is also his favorite hobby, behind Mikayil you can see amazing results, which are mainly reflected in the frequency of satisfied customers.
