This sentence describes the philosophy of Koláček's Bakery, a father-daughter family business that was founded in 2015. Since then, it has become known not only to customers but also to the professional public. Koláčkova pekárna boasts a number of prestigious awards such as Regional Food of the Liberec Region , Innovative Product of the Year or Golden Salima .

And because at Yes Krabičky we know that quality starts with the ingredients, we work with the best – and Koláčkova pekárna is one of our most valuable partners. This father-daughter family business bakes fresh breads and pastries for us from their own rye sourdough and carefully selected ingredients. They do not use mixtures, semi-finished products or chemicals – just, as already mentioned, honest craftsmanship and a love for baking.

Founder Jan Fabini describes the beginnings simply:
