Ingredients you will need:

  • Olive oil 50 g
  • Avocado 2 pcs
  • Coconut milk​​​​ 50 ml
  • Salt ​​​​​​2 g
  • Pepper ​​​​​​0.5 g
  • Lemon juice 10 ml
  • Colored cherry tomatoes 60 g
  • Basil 3 g
  • Sea salt - flakes 2 g
  • Quail eggs​​​​​​ 5 pcs
  • Fresh coriander 10 g

Preparation procedure:
