Contest organizer
1.1 The organizer of the competition organized under the name "Mega competition with Yes Krabičky" (hereinafter referred to as the "competition") is the company RR food delivery s.r.o., with its registered office at U Cukrovaru 141, 250 63 Mratín, ID number: 09674608, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague section C 340200 (hereinafter referred to as "organizer" or "Yes Krabičky").
1.2 This competition is not organized in cooperation with Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Validity period of the competition
2.1 The competition runs from 1.12. 2023 from 8:00 a.m. until 31.12. 2023 until 23:59. The competition task is published at the time of the competition on the company profile of Yes Krabičky on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/yeskrabicky.cz/) .
- Contest participants
3.1 A consumer (i.e. a natural person who does not act as part of his business activity or as part of the independent exercise of his profession) who is older than 15 years old (hereinafter referred to as a "competitor" or a "Participant") and has a delivery address in the territory may participate in the competition of the Czech Republic. Contestants under the age of 18 can only participate in the competition with the consent of their legal representative.
3.2 The winner of the competition can only be the Participant who properly fulfills all the conditions of this competition and fulfills the criteria for the winner (hereinafter referred to as the "Winner"). Each Participant can only win once in the competition.
- Contest rules
4.1 The competition tasks are:
1/ Place an order for any Yes Krabičky program during the whole of December
2/ Follow the Yes Krabičky profile on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/yeskrabicky.cz/
3/ "LIKE" the competition post on Instagram
4/ In the comments of the competition post on Instagram, tag someone with whom the competition participant would enjoy a possible prize
4.2 The winner will be drawn and published on the Yes Krabičky profile on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/yeskrabicky.cz/) , where we will publish a complete list of winners on the day the competition is announced, 3 January 2024 at 3:00 p.m. No other announcement paths count as valid. Winners will be drawn from the 7th win to the first win.
4.3 The participant is responsible for ensuring that the competition tasks meet Meta's conditions. In particular, they do not depict violence, nudity, partial nudity, discrimination, illegal or hateful behavior, pornography, sexually explicit content and do not violate applicable laws, nor is it contrary to good morals, and does not damage the good name or interests of the organizer. If the organizer reasonably believes that the Participant is violating these rules, it is entitled to disqualify the Participant from the competition. - Prizes, conditions for obtaining prizes
5.1 The following prize packages are included in the competition:
1st place
- A luxury vacation worth CZK 50,000 sponsored by the Blue Flamingo travel agency
2nd place
- Any program from Yes Krabiček for 3 weeks
3rd place
- Any program from Yes Box for 2 weeks
4th place
- Voucher for a purchase at XXXLutz worth CZK 5,000
5th place
- Any program from Yes Box for 1 week
6th place
- Voucher for a purchase at XXXLutz worth CZK 3,000
7th place
- Voucher for a purchase at XXXLutz worth CZK 2,000
5.2 The winner will be seven contestants, each of whom will receive one prize, viz. previous point. 5.1, and which will be selected by RR food delivery s.r.o. according to the mechanics described in point 4.2 of these rules.
5.3 The winner personally contacts the organizer in messages on Instagram, where he writes his contact details (name, surname and phone), immediately after the end of the competition in a reasonable time, no later than 7 days after the end of the competition.
5.4 In order for the winner to receive the prize, he must provide the Organizer with his contact details (name, surname and telephone number). The winner is obliged to attend the official presentation of the prize on 5 January 2024 at 17:00 at the address: Evropska 11/2758, 160 00, Prague 6-Dejvice.
5.5 If the Winner does not send the Organizer the data for receiving the prize within 7 days from the end of the competition, the prize will be forfeited to the Organizer.
5.6 The Organizer is entitled to publish the name, surname, prize entry and photo from the prize presentation of the Winner on their profiles on social networks, websites and email communications.
- Final provisions
6.1 The organizer is not responsible for any technical error during the organization of the competition and has the right of final decision in all matters of the competition, including its termination. The organizer makes the final decision on any complaints or objections. The organizer reserves the right to shorten, interrupt or cancel the competition or unilaterally change or supplement its conditions without compensation.
6.2 By participating in the competition, the contestant expresses his consent to these rules and voluntarily gives RR food delivery sro consent to the processing of his personal data - first and last name and, in the event that he becomes a Winner, first and last names, telephone numbers and other data that will be obtained within the framework of the competition (hereinafter referred to as "Data"), for the purposes of organizing the competition for a period of 100 days from the granting of consent. Consent can be revoked at any time in writing at the address of the registered office of RR food delivery s.r.o. Failure to provide or withdraw consent may result in the inability to transfer any winnings. The contestant has the right to access the Data, the right to request an explanation and, where applicable, the right to request the removal of the resulting situation, in particular the blocking, correction, addition or disposal of his Data and other rights specified in Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.
6.3 There is no legal right to the provision of the prize and the value of the prize cannot be paid out in money. The winner acknowledges that he is obliged to settle his potential tax obligations towards the state.
6.4 These conditions are valid and effective from 29.11. 2023.
