HERBAL LOOSE TEA - SLEEP

How many sheep did you count at night, hum lullabies, and that insomnia is literally a nightmare… We know something about it, so we mixed loose tea for quality sleep from 9 carefully selected herbs. A single cup with infused lemon balm, hops, valerian, or thyme will reliably send you to sleep. And then shhhh and good night.
COMPOSITION
Lemon balm leaves (20%), hop cones (20%), valerian root (10%), common valerian leaves (10%), lavender flowers (10%), thyme leaves (10%), heartwort leaves (10%), chamomile flowers (5%), freesia flowers (5%)Pour 2-3 teaspoons of tea with 200-300 ml of boiling water and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
