It is a small, bright red fruit that is particularly rich in vitamin C and also contains other vitamins and minerals. Camu Camu is a small, sour fruit native to the Amazon, especially Peru and Brazil. It is notable primarily for its high vitamin C content, but also contains other antioxidants and nutrients. Rosehip is known for its high vitamin C and other antioxidants.

The package contains 60 capsules (49.8g) and is taken 1 capsule per day. For increased immune system support, 2-3 capsules per day can be taken for a short period of time.
