The patented form of choline VitaCholine® in combination with inositol and the active form of B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system 3 and the reduction of fatigue 3 . A synergistic triple combination for those who want to contribute to normal mental function 3 and energy metabolism 3 .
First-class neuronal nutrition and mental support 3 !
A premium combination that specifically supports optimal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity, thanks to vitamin B6 in the active form P-5-P. Together with natural choline VitaCholine® and myo-inositol, they form an ideal synergistic trio for the most demanding needs of not only your brain and neurons, but also your body.

When form matters – VITACholine®
Unlike common forms of choline (e.g. synthetic choline bitartrate), VITACholine® is an ultra-pure form of choline produced by a patented process in the USA. It is characterized by high stability, excellent absorbability and a minimum of side substances . The manufacturer Balchem is a world leader in the field of choline compounds and ensures 100% purity without GMOs and synthetic dyes. This form was used in long-term research from Cornell University (Charlotte Bahnfleth), which focused on the supplementation of expectant mothers. 4

How do choline and inositol work in the body?
BrainMax VitaCholine® & Inositol is a dietary supplement containing the patented form of choline VitaCholine®, obtained by fermentation from natural sources (yeast), and inositol.
VitaCholine® is a natural, highly bioavailable form of choline that serves as a precursor to acetylcholine – a neurotransmitter important for the transmission of nerve impulses.
The product also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, mental activity and the reduction of fatigue. It is also suitable for people with increased physical or mental stress.
How does choline contribute to liver health and fat metabolism? Choline is a natural component of phospholipids , which form cell membranes and enable the proper transport of fats from the liver.
Not choline is the same as choline
VitaCholine® is a premium, clinically tested form of choline produced by fermentation – it is not a cheap synthetic, but a natural and highly bioavailable form produced by fermentation. We are the only ones in the Czech Republic to use this patented raw material, which meets the strictest standards of purity and quality. Compared to conventional choline bitartrate, VitaCholine® offers better absorbability and effectiveness without unnecessary burden on the body.
How are choline and inositol related to mental well-being?
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal mental function 3 , which is especially crucial during times when we are stressed. Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that is naturally involved in nerve transmission in the body. Myo-inositol occurs naturally in the body and is involved in a number of biological processes, including those associated with the nervous and reproductive systems. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal mental function and the functioning of the nervous system 3 . In combination with choline and myo-inositol, it creates a synergy that is important for metabolic processes 3,1 and normal functioning of the nervous system. 3
When the body has nothing to build from
Choline is a direct precursor of acetylcholine – a substance that plays a role in neuromuscular transmission. During higher physical exertion, the body consumes more choline, but it is often not enough to replenish it on its own. And when there is nothing to build from, regeneration and muscle activity simply slow down. VitaCholine® is a patented form of choline with excellent absorbability, which will be appreciated not only by the brain, but also by the body in motion.
Why is choline important?
Choline is an essential nutrient found naturally in animal foods (eggs, liver). The body can produce some of it, but we must get most of it from our diet or supplements. Yet choline is often overlooked because it is not officially classified as a B vitamin.
Inositol – a substance similar to B vitamins
Inositol (especially in the form of myo-inositol) is commonly found in dietary supplements for women seeking support during periods of hormonal changes.
Where can I find choline in foods?
Choline is a substance very similar to the B vitamins and is found in common foods, especially those rich in fats and proteins . The richest sources include eggs and liver , but choline can also be found in salmon, broccoli, soy and dairy products . But why is its intake sometimes insufficient? Especially due to increased demands, e.g. during pregnancy, internal tension or physical exertion, and the body is unable to absorb it in sufficient quantities. In vegans and vegetarians, choline intake is even lower.
Choline as part of your daily intake
For an adult man to receive the recommended dose of 550 mg of choline per day, he would have to eat, for example, 4 eggs or over 100 g of beef liver every day - therefore, choline supplementation is also suitable in the form of a dietary supplement.
Recommended daily intake of choline (EFSA):
- Adult male: 550 mg/day
- Adult woman: 425 mg/day
- Pregnant woman: 450–930 mg/day
One capsule of BrainMax VitaCholine® & Inositol contains 625 mg of choline bitartrate, which is equivalent to 250 mg of elemental choline - suitable as part of your daily intake.
Who is the product intended for?
- Pregnant and lactating women , who have an increased need for choline. Choline plays a crucial role in fetal brain development and proper neural tube development. According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the recommended daily intake of choline for pregnant women is 480 mg/day and for lactating women up to 520 mg/day.¹ One capsule of BrainMax VitaCholine contains 625 mg of choline bitartrate (equivalent to 250 mg of elemental choline), and can therefore easily be included as part of the daily intake.
- People with a mono- or plant-based diet , where choline (commonly found in animal products) may be less abundant.
- Individuals with higher mental or cognitive load , because choline serves as a precursor to acetylcholine - a neurotransmitter important for memory, learning and concentration. We experience higher consumption of acetylcholine when we have many tasks, work under pressure and do not know where our head is.
- Anyone who wants to support liver function , especially if they consume more fat or alcohol over the long term, as choline contributes to lipid metabolism and proper liver function.
- When consuming alcohol – alcohol increases the need for choline.
- With genetic polymorphisms (e.g. MTHFR, PEMT) - the body may have a limited ability to produce choline.
What role does choline play in normal liver function?
Choline is a natural substance that contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and fat metabolism 1 . It also contributes to the proper metabolism of homocysteine 1 – a substance whose excess can be undesirable in the body. VitaCholine® is a patented, highly pure form of choline that offers maximum bioavailability and a superior origin, thanks to which the body can work effectively with choline.

What other products to use choline with?
- Caffeine - we recommend getting caffeine from green tea or guarana. If you are still a coffee lover, try coffee with added value - mushrooms.
- L - Theanine - when you need a little calm, L-Theanine is the ideal choice. And when it comes to concentration, inner peace is extremely important.
- Omega 3 fatty acids - DHA is a major component of brain cell membranes. Combined with choline, you create a super combo.
- Rhodiola rosea - a popular adaptogen that perfectly complements choline with its effects.
- B-complex – B vitamins , especially B6, B9 (folic acid) and B12, work with choline in the metabolism of homocysteine 1,3 and support the proper functioning of the nervous system. 3
- Multivitamin – Helps replenish other key micronutrients involved in energy metabolism and overall vitality, making choline an even more effective tool for the brain and body.
- Prenatal complex – During pregnancy, the need for choline is higher due to the development of the fetus's brain and neural tube, so it is recommended to combine it with a complex intended for pregnant women, which also contains folic acid and iron.
