We reflected on the number of calories and thus compiled a brand new program - For women. You can choose between 1250 , 1500 and 1750 kcal , which means that these packages can be suitable as a boxed diet both for a woman with a more passive lifestyle and for an active athlete. How does the For Women program differ from the classics? The changes are not only in the name. All recipes have undergone a thorough re-evaluation and significant modifications, so that the resulting menu is in the greatest possible harmony with the female organism.
More vegetables and fruits
Freshness of ingredients is our top priority in all our programs. But you can look forward to more salads, fruit and side vegetables in these new packages. The emphasis here is mainly on diversity, the content of antioxidants and vitamin C , as these substances contribute to the natural formation of collagen, which is never harmful for women. Minimal gluten
White flour and gluten in general is very difficult to digest and many women fear it. That's why we limited it to the lowest percentage possible in our recipes.
