The preparation process is simple - just pour oatmeal or chia seeds with milk, its vegan alternative or, for example, kefir, mix thoroughly, put any fruit, homemade granola or whatever you like and put it in the fridge. By the next day, the porridge will thicken, releasing the naturally occurring carbohydrates, so you won't even need any sweetener , and you can have breakfast immediately or take this delicious first meal of the day with you.

But you can change your oatmeal every day according to what you feel like. Mix in protein once, cinnamon a second time, and the next day treat yourself to, for example, fruit yogurt on top.
